The place smells and the groomers do a bad job that's why I only went 1 time too!

Take your dog for a wash in perfect height tubs, *very* good quality products, plastic protective aprons, easy to follow instructions to wash your own pet. My dog's previous owner--I rescued--said it was awful giving this dog a bath. At the Dog Depot he was calm, happy, loved the massage brush, wasn't afraid of the water spray or the blower that gets rid of an amazing amount of wet hair while the dog is still in the tub. I've always had my dogs groomed there. Take your dog to the Dog Depot and give them a bath! It's reasonably priced and the staff has always been very helpful!

The place smells. I left specific instructions with the groomer to not trim my dog's tail, I picked him up and his tail hair was chopped off. He was supposed to be shaved, but he has patches of long hairs all over his body! I was the first to drop off my dog at 8am and was told he would be finished by 1pm. I called at 145 pm to see if my dog was ready and the groomer told me that she hadn't even started on my dog yet and it would easily take another 2 1/2 hours. After I went in to pick up my pet, I complained about his horrible haircut the response I got was "take it up with the groomer", who had gone home for the day.

I would like to thank the DogDepot for taking such good care of our familys dogs. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the facility, the freindliness of the staff, and the profesional grooming job that was done. The dogs looked like they were ready for the dog show!!
