We were dissatisfied with the handling of our loved one's pre-paid funeral arrangements. Immediately following the funeral, Mr. James tried his best to get our family to pay extra for the services provided---which were clearly covered by the amount already paid in full. He did not want to live up to the original contract. I advise everyone who uses this funeral home to read their contracts carefully so they do not needlessly hand over multiple thousands of dollars that are not owed.
