Getting Started
What is the RollaNet Directory?
The RollaNet Directory is a list of Rolla and Rolla area businesses and organizations, within approximately a 30-mile radius from Rolla. RollaNet staff has started the process of adding listings; however, we invite businesses/organizations to register to maintain or add their own information. Listings are free, although we do offer a Premium listing with additional features for a fee. Listings are subject to RollaNet's Terms of Use (see link at bottom of any directory page).
Do I need to register?
You should register if you are a business or organization and you wish to update, add, or upgrade the directory information for your listing. You do not need to register if you are just browsing our directory.
How do I find a business/organization?
There are several ways to search our directory:
1. Name search, using the alphabet keys above the category list on the main directory page.
2. Category search, using the list of categories below the alphabet keys on the main directory page.
3. Advanced search, using the search link in the left menu or after the alphabet keys.
My business/organization is already listed. Can I maintain my own listing?
Yes. First register to obtain a username and password. Then use the "Contact Us" link to send us the followiing information:
1. your username, and
2. the category and listing title (business/organization name).
Then, we will make you the owner of that listing, giving you complete access.
My business/organization is not listed. How do I add a listing?
1. Register for a username and password, then login.
2. Compare listing features - there's a link in the left menu - and decide which features you want.
3. Go to My account, select Add Listing, and enter information for your business/organization listing. Once your listing has been approved, you may login and upgrade your listing to a premium membership if you desire.
4. If you upgrade to a premium account, you may add products for sale, images, and documents such as business cards and brochures. You can even create coupons.
5. Tell everyone you know to visit your listing!
How do I add a product, coupon, image, or document to my listing?
1. Login.
2. Go to My Account.
3. Click on the link to View/Edit.
4. Click on the link to Edit Product, Coupon, Image, or Document to upload files.
Why do some listings appear in blue, and seem to be out of order alphabetically?
Both of those features indicate a premium listing. When an account is upgraded to Premium, it will appear above the free listings, with the title in blue text instead of black.
